Integra -ER was founded in 2018 by Sharon Scott, Sharon has a breadth of experience handling a full spectrum of  HR and employment law related issues from front line to board level and is a chartered member of the CIPD ( Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)

Sharon and her team have extensive experience of managing day to day HR activities such as contracts, policies and processes, employee relations and handbook work.  We also provide strategic support to Boards and senior leadership teams on everything from complex case work, engagement, TUPE, redundancy and change management.

Ours is a commercial, entrepreneurial and flexible team,  capable of managing large scale projects yet also small enough to deliver a personal service where you feel that you and your team really matter.  We can work remotely, or on site and will strive to find solutions that work for you.
